419 scam - The "Crystallite Multigem Cleanser" scam

The "Crystallite Multigem Cleanser" works on the same principle as the "cattle vaccine" and "aqua-chips" scams: Someone will contact you to act as a middle man for a purchase in which an overseas supplier can supply the merchandise much cheaper than quoted to the buyer. You and the person proposing the transaction will split the profits.

In reality the "company" that sells you a sample before the bulk order is fake and you're just wiring thousands of dollars, euros or pounds to the criminals – money that you will never see again! People have lost tens of thousands of dollars, euros or pounds in this scam.
