"JAPAN EMAIL PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL / JAPAN EMAIL LOTTO PROMOTION / TAKARAKUJI JUMBO DRAWS" are labels used by a fake lottery probably run by scammers known as the "Ltoffshore gang". Most likely they are criminals from Nigeria who are now based in China. Takarakuji is the name of a Japanese lottery used by the criminals. You can not win the real Takarakuji lottery without having bought a lottery ticket in Japan. If you were to win a real lottery in Japan, the prize would never be paid out via an agent or by a bank based in China or any other country but Japan. This is essentially the same scam as "Toyota Car Promotions" and other fake lotteries that use Chinese "claim agents" and fake "banks".
The postal address used for the lottery (see following emails) is made up. The contact phone number is not in Japan but in China and the criminals also use a Chinese bank account for receiving cash for bogus tax bills, suggesting the criminals have a physical presence in China. "TRANSGLOBE FINANCE SECURITIES / GLOBAL FINANCE SECURITIES" (fake postal address: PLAZA DE MAR ZHENG CHINA) does not exist. The "INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA (ICBC)", a real Chinese bank and its website addres are often mentioned, but the criminals impersonate it. None of the "bank" emails are sent from "@icbc.com.cn" addresses.
We have seen many mobile phone numbers in China used for the scam.
No lottery worldwide will tell to contact someone in a country other than where the lottery is based. Any "Japanese" lottery (country code +81) that tells you to call a phone number in China (+86) or Hong Kong (+852) is a scam designed to get you to send money to criminals.
